I've decided I'm going to attempt to do Tae-Bo again in the quiet of my living room. :P Last time I tried using those videos, I was completely lost and left feeling like an idiot (even though I was by myself). However, the walking-round-the-neighborhood thing isn't going so well, and I need to lose some inches by July, so I need to try something else. :P I'm leaning more toward the exercise thing instead of the diet thing, because diets are dumb. Well, the idea of cutting down portion sizes is good, but cutting things out completely is dumb.

We've been through that subject before, however.

I'm going to topple into bed now.

(By the way, welcome back Cathie! I wish I could've gotten down to Philly to meet you and visit with Lola, but I have no mode of transport! *sniffle*)
