Today's rambling: A short public announcement

Hey, parents!

Tired of having to watch your kids all the time? Does the thought of constantly monitoring their activity just make your toes curl?

Then why not get a microchip implanted in their arm, and let someone else do all the work for you!

Yes, you can finally sit back and relax, because someone else will be tracking your child's every movement! Never worry about where they are or if they're in trouble, because thanks to this ingenious new technology, there's a full staff of people watching your child's movement on a computer screen!

Of course, the punishments are still up to you. But if you can hold out just a little while longer, we'll no doubt have a remedy for that, too!

If you're wondering where that came from, I saw something on the news earlier today. I think it's still experimental technology, but there's this chip that you can get implanted into your kid's arm, and it'll send out signals that allow someone to pinpoint exactly where your child is.

The idea is that if someone should kidnap your precious darling, the folks with the computer program will be able to find out exactly where the kid's been taken.

I just think it's ridiculous.

Hey, why don't we all just forget about procreation and instead buy a bunch of little cyborg children? For a little extra, you can have a tracking device installed in them before you take them home! And you won't have to worry about them being 'killed', because you can always take them back to the dealer when you find their body and have them repaired!

There's my thought on THAT subject.
