Today's rambling: No need to worry

Well. That wasn't nearly as hard as I'd been anticipating it to be.

Work sucked, as usual, but nothing particularly noteworthy happened. Well, except for that chocolate mousse cake that the guys said was so good, it was like an orgasm. Hehehe...you should've SEEN Zenon. I was laughing hysterically! And then Nina chimed in with something else...it was just a really fun day. Well, as fun as work gets, anyway. I don't know when I've laughed so hard in that place! Usually I'm either ticked off or just generally down! ;)

But today was alright, other than my nervousness about asking Geoff to my little group thing on Saturday. After 3:30 had rolled around, there was one point where I got SO nervous that my stomach actually got upset for a moment! :oP Not that I was NOT going to ask him, though, of course! You think I'm that silly? ;) Well, maybe I am, but not tonight, anyway, hehe...

I clocked out about 5 minutes early and meandered back to the back room to talk to him, and he was in such a good mood that I was like, "Wow, this shouldn't be hard at all!" And in fact, it didn't take me long at all to blurt out my question, LoL! "I'm plannin' another group shindig on Saturday," I told him. And yeah, he said he'd go, so whee!

Anyway, that's about all I'm going to say on that subject. The paranoia still exists. *chuckles* Having an online diary is so much fun...until people you know start learning about it, and have the potential of finding it! I don't even think I was this worried about Mel finding this page, though. Maybe that's because I knew she didn't care enough to actually want to try and find anything of mine. She's too busy taking borderline-pornographic pictures of herself. *grins at Tiff*

Speaking of those two, Tiff told me the other night that I should ask Mel for her super guy advice. It was SO funny! I was like, "Oh yeah, she'll tell me to make my friends go into the store to ask him if he likes me, and then she'll say to be really humorous but make sure everything comes out sounding meanly sarcastic..." It's wrong to make fun of someone like that, isn't it? Yes, it is. You don't have to tell me. But do I look repentant? Go ahead, look closely. No, you say? Dingdingding! Charlie, tell the good readers what they've won!

Sorry, got a little carried away with myself. ;) I think I'm going to wrap up this entry, veg in front of the TV for a bit (gee, what's new?), and then go to bed. I am beat. And I have to work another 8 1/2 hours tomorrow...sans Geoff. *long-suffering sigh* The things I have to put up with!
